Biography is a project founded by myself, Moa Luikonnen and Sasha Tjerrild Larsen. Combining our unique skillset and specialised knowledge in body/mind awareness practices, movement for actors and creative and social entrepreneur - and leadership, Biography works in support of people and structures in the performing arts, emphasising the balance between personal and artistic development.

Our vision is to contribute to the performing arts by facilitating a space where people are supported personally as well as artistically. Focussing on leadership and learning in the areas of body awareness and well being, as well as personal, team and artistic development, we provide a skillset that aids in navigating a life in the modern performing arts world with integrity, creativity and a sense of personals agency.
